Kindecs
Limited was founded by James Kinsella who is the Managing Director of the
company with Wesley Kinsella Director. Kindecs Limited was founded to offer
a first class service to our clients throughout the UK & Southern Ireland.
Kindecs prides itself on exceptional service and commitment in all aspects
including meeting all of our clients needs, health and safety, quality, project
management and also value for money. In July 2005 Kindecs moved to new offices
as our current offices did not meet the needs of the company.
In August 2005 Retta Hegarty joined Kindecs Limited and she manages the accounts department. Kindecs Limited is also included within the list of approved companies and craftsmen of the Guild of Mastercraftsmen.

Constructionline
is the UK's register of local and national construction and construction-related
contractors and consultants, pre-qualified to work within the public sector.
Set up in 1998 in response to Sir Michael Latham's 1994 report on modernising
the construction industry ("Constructing the Team"), Constructionline is designed
to streamline procurement procedures, reducing supplier and client costs and
wasted time and effort at the pre-qualification stage, rendering the construction
industry more efficient and effective.
Constructionline is DTI owned and endorsed, and is a contributor to the Rethinking Construction initiative. Over 12,500 contractors and consultants, ranging from sole traders and small specialist firms to large multi-nationals, are registered with Constructionline and have all met strict pre-qualification requirements agreed by industry working groups. Constructionline's firms cover the full spectrum of construction activities from architecture to demolition, as well as construction-related services such as facilities management, security and IT installation. Over 50% of registered firms have a turnover of less than £1 million and 29% have a turnover of less than £250,000.
Constructionline's 1,500 plus clients across the UK range from large central government departments and agencies to Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Universities and NHS Trusts. We are currently implementing a major re-development of Constructionline's IT infrastructure. The new IT infrastructure, which will be operational in spring 2006, will enable procurers to interface with a number of government e-procurement initiatives, such as the Small Business Services' Supplier Route to Government e-portal, as well as client buyers' own systems."
